I am not on warranty or support plan can I call after hours or weekends if I have an issue?
Certainly yes! We do we do not force or limit your options. Charges may apply


Do you offer any financing for your products?
Yes we offer lease to own financing with a dollar buy out option. Terms from 12 to 60 months with 36 months the most popular option. New businesses no problem either with good personal credit.

Do you sell any used or refurbished equipment?
Generally no as a rule, but on occasions a select few establishments like to upgrade their equipment prematurely and trade in their old equipment. We will go through the equipment clean and test it before offering it.  But we do not buy used or refurbished equipment purposely to sell. Dealers that do in the industry are refereed to as junk dealers. One important thing to consider is all computers have components in them called capacitors and they all have a rated so many hours of life and as a computer ages with use those capacitors will lose capacitance a seemingly older running computer may be unstable and glitches that can make for a bad user experience.
